Job Duties

As our Technical Product Manager - Escalator Systems, you willsuccessfully own and manage defined product, product area, and system. You'll drive the customer value creation by owning the development agenda to ensure also the desired cost levels, quality, reliability, competitiveness, time-to-market, and disturbance-free operational processes in each phase of the product lifetime.

You willbring 10+ years of progressive and successfulexperience in a related engineering role to KONE. You will usethe knowledgegained through yourB.Sc. in a relevant field.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role is $99,000 - $131,145. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
