What You'll Doย 

As a Technical Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities. Your responsibilities will include:ย 

Sales & Customer Supportย 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providingย timelyย and professional support.ย 

  • Assistย with preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.ย 

  • Support inside sales activities including quote generation, order entry, order acknowledgments, and customer follow-up.ย 

  • Maintainย accurateย customer, opportunity, and sales activity records within CRM and ERP systems.ย 

Order & Process Managementย 

  • Coordinate with production,ย logistics, and finance teams to ensureย accurateย order fulfilment and delivery schedules.ย 

  • Track customer opportunities and support sales pipeline management activities.ย 

  • Ensure sales documentation and records are complete,ย accurate, and up to date.ย 

Technical & Commercial Developmentย 

  • Develop knowledge of X-ray products, applications, and target markets.ย

Compensation: In accordance with California law, the expected salary for this full-time, benefited position is between $65,000 - $75,000.ย The actual compensation will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and other factors permitted by law. ย
