Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with experience coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
The Recruiting Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring seamless scheduling, clear communication, and accurate recruiting data management. This individual will also play a key role in improving recruiting operations, maintaining ATS data integrity, and supporting hiring initiatives across both technical and non-technical functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews while ensuring timely communication and a seamless process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a professional, high-touch experience from initial scheduling through final interview stages.
  • Coordinate complex interview logistics across multiple stakeholders, calendars, and time zones while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to ensure alignment on interview plans, timelines, and candidate movement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with established recruiting processes.
  • Track and manage all candidate interview activity, ensuring timely updates and effective communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Support preparation and completion of recruiting documentation, interview materials, and internal hiring reports.
  • Assist with recruiting operations projects, ATS data cleanup, process improvements, and reporting as needed.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the overall recruiting process.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support experience in a fast-paced corporate, agency, or high-growth environment.
  • Experience coordinating interviews for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred; experience with other ATS platforms will also be considered.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional presence.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams.
  • Experience with recruiting metrics or reporting.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling organization.
  • Familiarity with candidate experience best practices and recruiting process improvement.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $32.00-$36.00/hour (Non-Exempt)
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
