To thrive as a Technical Project Program Manager, you need strong project management skills, technical acumen, and experience with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall, often supported by a relevant degree and certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and enterprise systems is typically required.
