Technical Project Manager (AI & Data Transformation)
Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to guide the execution of AI and data transformation initiatives. This role involves defining technical delivery plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring the flawless execution of technical work and integrations. The ideal candidate will manage cross-team sequencing, enforce integration readiness, and oversee the entire release lifecycle from planning to post-release support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the technical delivery plan, milestones, and schedules.
  • Maintain and drive a living integration dependency map across the portfolio, including services, APIs, and data flows.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to enable the execution of technical work.
  • Manage cross-team sequencing and make trade-off recommendations when conflicts arise.
  • Drive integration testing strategy and ensure pre-production validation is completed.
  • Facilitate release readiness reviews and ensure all technical release criteria are met.
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, managing schedules, timelines, and deployment windows.
  • Create and own runbooks, rollback plans, and migration plans for releases.
  • Translate technical status, risks, and impacts into business-relevant updates for stakeholders.
  • Capture delivery metrics and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
