Job Description
  • The Client is seeking an experienced, PMP-certified Project Manager with a strong background in Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Benefits Administration. 
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise software implementations and managing complex projects within the ADP and UKG ecosystems, including Workforce Now (WFN).
  • This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope and timelines, and supporting system integrations and API implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise software implementation and benefits administration initiatives.
  • Manage projects involving Life Insurance, STD, LTD, and other employee benefit programs.
  • Drive implementation activities across platforms including ADP, UKG, and Workforce Now (WFN).
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, benefits teams, technical teams, vendors, and external clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead project meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive-level updates.
  • Manage project scope and ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and implementation objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee API and system integration implementations between benefits, HR, payroll, and third-party platforms.
  • Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution.
  • Support testing, implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with established quality standards and project management methodologies.
  • Apply PMP-based project management principles, including governance, change management, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications

  • PMP certification is required.
  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Strong domain experience in Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Benefits Administration.
  • Significant experience working with ADP, including ADP Health & Welfare or benefits-related environments.
  • Experience with UKG and/or UKG Workforce Now (WFN) implementations.
  • Experience managing API implementation and system integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and employee data integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and business partners.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Approximately 10 years of experience within ADP's Health & Welfare division or a similar benefits administration environment.
  • Experience managing global or large-scale enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience with third-party benefits carriers and insurance integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration, testing, system configuration, and production deployment activities.
