Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Experience: 10+ Years Overall | 7+ Years in Program/Technical Project Management

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Application Development and Banking/Financial Services experience to lead complex technology programs involving application modernization, software development, system integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end application development programs in a financial services environment, with a proven ability to work with engineering, product, architecture, QA, infrastructure, security, compliance, and business teams. Prior American Express (AMEX) experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technology programs involving application development, modernization, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Application Architects, Engineering Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.

  • Define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and success criteria.

Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management / Technical Project Management / Technology Delivery.

  • Strong experience managing Application Development and Software Engineering programs.

  • 5+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, Credit Cards, or FinTech.
