Purpose of the Team:
  • The Factory Systems team serves as the Project Management Office (PMO) for Factory Applications within SAP.
  • The team oversees applications such as Rockwell MES and PMO 3DX, managing project portfolios, application backlogs, and enterprise-wide initiatives across all factory locations.
  • They are responsible for driving strategic, high-impact projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology objectives.

Key Projects and Responsibilities:
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and the implementation of new capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Lead logistics-focused projects and process enhancements, partnering closely with logistics stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate complex application development and integration efforts across factory systems.
