kick-off through final sign-off.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments using MS
Project or equivalent tooling.
• Coordinate site surveys, equipment staging, logistics, and on-site field crews to ensure seamless
execution.
• Track project milestones, flag risks proactively, and drive corrective actions to keep
engagements on track.

Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout each project, providing regular status updates,
written reports, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, technical reviews, and post-project wash-up sessions with clients
and internal teams.
• Translate technical scope into clear, jargon-free language for non-technical client stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, escalations, and scope discussions in a professional and timely
manner.

Technical Oversight

power, and cooling – to validate scope, flag issues, and guide field teams.
• Review and contribute to site survey findings, equipment manifests, and as-built
documentation.
• Ensure all installations and decommissions meet client specifications and industry best
practices.
• Liaise with client IT teams on network, access, and safety requirements prior to and during site
works.
