Job description

iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking a Technical Project Manager to Join our Team in New York!

*This is a Hybrid Role in the New York City Metro Area!

**Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.**

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a major DAM and media delivery modernization program, from discovery through cutover and hypercare. This is a highly visible role leading a multi-workstream implementation team on a marquee multi-brand retail account, with direct accountability for schedule, scope, risk, and cross-organizational coordination across the client, the platform partner, and iSoftStone's delivery team.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end project delivery across the full phased roadmap — discovery/audit, foundation, integration & automation, search & enrichment, global/platform, and governance & hypercare — managing scope, schedule, and budget against SOW commitments.
• Track milestones and critical path, including parallel workstreams (e.g., search/enrichment and global/platform running concurrently once integration is live), keeping phase-gate readiness visible to stakeholders.
• Run risk and issue management — maintaining the program's risk register and driving resolution of open items (e.g., rights/expiration compliance gaps, undefined migration criteria, unresolved integration paths, unconfirmed regional delivery architecture) before they block downstream phases.
• Coordinate cross-organizational stakeholders, running steering and status cadences across the client's technology, e-commerce, and marketing/brand teams, the platform partner, and iSoftStone leadership.
• Report project status to client and iSoftStone leadership, including staffing ramp, budget burn, milestone health, and phase-gate readiness.
• Drive cutover and hypercare planning, partnering with the Change Management Consultant and DAM Manager on go-live readiness, hypercare intensity, and the transition to steady-state governance.

Qualifications:
• Seven+ years of technical project/program management experience delivering enterprise software or platform implementations, ideally including a DAM, CMS, PIM, or content-operations/digital-experience platform.
• Proven experience managing multi-phase programs with parallel workstreams, cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore), and external partner/vendor coordination.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management, able to run steering-committee and status reporting across client and delivery organizations.
• Experience planning and executing cutover/go-live events and post-launch hypercare/stabilization periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically with Cloudinary, Adobe AEM Assets/Experience Manager, or Scene7/Dynamic Media implementations.
• Background in fashion, apparel, or accessories retail, or another asset-intensive consumer brand environment.
• Experience managing global or multi-region technical delivery, including CDN and regional platform considerations.

Pay rate:  $110,000 to $140,000
