WHAT YOU'LL DO

Project Leader

  • Ownprojectsend to end from concept,process andequipmentselection,equipmentinstallation, process development,qualification,and production implementation.Ensuressafety, quality, productivity, and yield targets are achieved.
  • Serve asatechnical authority for process troubleshooting, capability, and long-term performance improvement.
  • Provide guidanceand technicalsupportto Production Engineers and cross-functional partners.
  • Managecapitalsystem effectively for your projects and communicate delays proactively to your leaders.

QualityCompliance

  • DevelopmentofFMEAs, Control Plans, SPC/SQC systems, and risk-based controls.
  • Followchange controlrequirementsfor process, equipment, and materials changes; ensureappropriate riskassessments and validation.
  • Develop control plans for the process/projects you own and successfully transfer to Production.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead high-impact CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to reduce variation, increase throughput, and improve cost efficiency.
  • Identifyopportunities to enhance process robustness and implement next-generation manufacturing solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize parameters and scale new products and processes.

Equipment, Capacity & Technology Enablement

  • Lead major equipment installations, upgrades, and qualifications to support capacity expansion and new product introduction.
  • Evaluate and introduce advanced metrology, automation, and inline monitoring tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Research and Development and NewProduct Implementationearly in product development todeliverhigh quality, volume manufacturing ready,new products.
  • Partners with customer quality whenaligningspecifications and requirements for new products
  • Guide Operations teams with training content, standard work, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Communicate technical findings and improvementroadmaps clearlyto leadership and cross-functional teams.

Data DrivenManufacturing Leadership

  • Makes data driven decisions using statistical tools.
  • Data collection and SPC integration tovalidateand control new processes.
  • Drive adoption of fact-based decision making at all levels of the organization.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • BS or MS in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstratedleadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and mentor engineers and operations personnel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including statistical analysis and structured troubleshooting methods.
  • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to present technical information clearly to executives, peers, and customers.

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in the semiconductor or precision materials industry.

  • Demonstratedsuccess leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring engineering talent.
