What you'll do
โ€ข Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients
โ€ข Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
โ€ข Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery
โ€ข Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
โ€ข Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
โ€ข Lead and support proposal preparation and fee development efforts
โ€ข Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
โ€ข Oversee engineering work and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards
โ€ข Support and mentor junior engineers and team members
โ€ข Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives
What you bring
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
โ€ข Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design
โ€ข Experience producing site development plans for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects
โ€ข Experience managing civil site development projects in a consulting environment
โ€ข Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus

โ€ข Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
