Position Overview

ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. (NDGCS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager โ€“ Project Lead to support SC Housing in managing multiple agency-wide technology and business initiatives.

The selected candidate will manage projects through solicitation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, acquisition, implementation, migration, archival, and retirement of legacy applications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage project-management activities for agency-wide initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through implementation.
  • Apply both Agile and Waterfall project-management methodologies.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, resources, and risks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, project sponsors, and agency leadership.
  • Conduct project status meetings and project-review sessions.
  • Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain required project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify project risks and issues and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts related to delivery methodologies and project processes.
  • Support technology acquisition, implementation, migration, and legacy-system retirement activities.
