ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. (NDGCS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Project Lead to support SC Housing in managing multiple agency-wide technology and business initiatives.
The selected candidate will manage projects through solicitation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, acquisition, implementation, migration, archival, and retirement of legacy applications.
- Plan, organize, and manage project-management activities for agency-wide initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through implementation.
- Apply both Agile and Waterfall project-management methodologies.
- Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, resources, and risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, project sponsors, and agency leadership.
- Conduct project status meetings and project-review sessions.
- Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
- Develop and maintain required project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
