Information Technology Support Tech Level 1
POSITION SUMMARY
This individual will provide computer, printer, and scanner support, assist with project implementation and perform IT functions as described below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responds to IT help desk tickets and phone requests to correct printing, scanning, password, and other level 1 issues.
  • Escalate any tickets beyond Level 1 support to Level 2 or IT Manager.
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of all PCs, printers, and scanners.
  • Assist in maintaining all employees' Active Directory and e-mail accounts.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual IT budget, as needed.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of the phone system, IP phones and voicemail.
  • Assures that the organization's information systems meet predetermined security requirements.
  • Assist IT Manager with any IT related tasks or projects as needed.
  • Assist IT Project Manager with any project related tasks.
  • Assists with the development and testing of the IT disaster recovery plan.
  • Assist in the maintenance of IT and facility asset inventory.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to all other sites as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associated Degree desired.
  • Computer technology courses desired.
  • Medical and/or dental business office experience desired.
  • 2 years Information Technology experience desired.
