Job description


Responsibilities:
  • Job responsibilities include those listed in competencies document
  • Facilitates and leads various projects including but not limited to practice expansions, acquisitions, onboarding and renovations
  • Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
  • Serves as a key part of the management team, participates in strategic and operational planning at the leadership level and assessing and developing service line business activities.
  • In collaboration with MPA Quality and Safety, provides leadership to drive work for clinical improvement and service enhancement. Implements organizational optimization processes and acts as a support for Quality
  • Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives, as directed.
  • Facilitates statistical analysis and research methodologies that compare service line's processes and outcomes with appropriate benchmarks.
  • Exercises creative approaches to operational problem solving. Deals with conflict and problematic situations in an open and tactful manner, respecting the dignity of others.
  • Builds trust-based, collaborative relationships with physicians and other health system partners.
  • Provides analysis for financial processes for service line-related activities and provides data to the service line management team to initiate change as appropriate and to improve performance.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of project management experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years of practice management experience is desired
  • Healthcare quality improvement experience.

  • Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
