What You’ll Do Own project delivery for large, multi-site hospital system rollouts of our platform, serving as the client\'s primary point of contact from kickoff through go-live \tLead requirements gathering, testing coordination, and data validation with clients and vendors \tTrack project health, risks, and dependencies, and run weekly status meetings with stakeholders \tQuery and validate interface data using SQL to troubleshoot integration issues across EMR systems \tManage client escalations, and lead go-live events through post-launch stabilization \tBuild reusable runbooks and training resources, and drive process improvements across the team Qualifications \tBachelor\'s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field \t3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or client-facing roles in a technology or healthcare setting \tStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects \tExcellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite What We’re Looking For \tComfortable triaging technical issues and routing them clearly to the right team \tSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment \tAnalytical and detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at every level, including executives Nice to Have \tPMP certification, or working toward one \tExperience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies \tHealthcare IT or SaaS implementation experience \tFamiliarity with HL7, EMR workflows, or regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and ICD-10 This role is primarily remote, with periodic travel and occasional evening, weekend, or on-call availability during key implementation phases, including go-lives.
