Job description

Are you someone who thrives in orchestrating complex, multi-team engineering initiatives with precision and foresight? Do you have a proven track record of delivering engineering programs on time while proactively managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders aligned? Are you ready to elevate your career by owning delivery execution that ensures business commitments are met and drives operational excellence at scale?

If the answer to all of the above questions is "Yes," come join the world's leading professional services firm!

If you are prepared and poised to take the next step in your career where you can own mission-critical engineering schedules, drive dependency resolution across domains, and serve as the vital link between product, engineering, and leadership teams-all while ensuring transparent delivery of global enterprise solutions-we want to talk to you.

Work you'll do

As a Senior, Technical Program Management (TPM) within the GES Technology Group, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Digital Delivery Leader and Product Teams and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the engineering plan and schedule for one or more domains and drive dependency management within and across teams. Key outcomes delivered by this role are to ensure risks to delivery, scope, and resources are identified early, mitigated proactively, and escalated with clarity when needed.

  • Engineering Schedule & Delivery Management- Own and maintain integrated engineering schedule for assigned domains including milestones and delivery dates; translate product decisions into detailed schedules, keep current, communicate changes proactively, and serve as authoritative source on schedule status and delivery risk
  • Dependency & Cross-Team Coordination-Map and track all intra-domain and cross-domain dependencies, facilitate resolution of conflicts to unblock delivery, and represent domain in cross-product planning sessions ensuring visibility of capacity constraints and commitments
  • Risk Management & Escalation-Proactively identify delivery risks across dependencies, resources, scope, and execution; develop and track mitigation plans; escalate unresolved risks to leadership with full context and recommendations; maintain current, actionable risk log
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication-Partner with Product Owners/Managers to translate scope and priority decisions into engineering delivery plans; prepare and present audience-calibrated status communications ensuring consistent stakeholder understanding of scope, schedule, and risks
  • Engineering Leadership Collaboration-Work with engineering managers to understand capacity and constraints; structure realistic team schedules without directing execution; co-own milestone definitions with clear entry/exit criteria; surface resourcing gaps and capacity constraints to enable staffing decisions
  • Domain Expertise Development-Develop deep familiarity with assigned domain architecture, team structure, dependencies, release cadence, and risk profile; track scope changes within domain and assess impact on schedule and dependent workstreams

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality work product
  • Ability to build trusted professional relationships and influence without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple workstreams, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and provide clear guidance

  • Proven track record influencing outcomes without direct authority across engineering, product, and leadership
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,600 to $141,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
