Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Marketing to support two scrum teams within a MarTech workstream focused on marketing performance reporting and workflow application development. The role involves driving cross-functional delivery, maintaining project plans, and ensuring effective communication of timelines and roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
• Support two scrum teams within a MarTech workstream focused on marketing performance reporting and workflow application development, reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology
• Run day-to-day project planning through standups, sprint ceremonies, and program meetings with data engineers, software engineers, product managers, decision scientists, and business analysts
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and project tooling outlining scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Track dependencies, blockers, and risks, driving them to resolution across cross-functional teams
• Keep executive-level roadmap visuals current and accurate, reviewed on a regular cadence
• Ensure timelines are communicated transparently across stakeholders and regions
• Create and manage sprints, conduct sprint reviews, and facilitate retrospectives
• Navigate complexity and ambiguous situations independently, owning outcomes and deliverables
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8-10 years of experience in technical program / project management
• Strong project ownership, especially in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
• Demonstrated background in marketing analytics, scrum, and leading cross-functional projects
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, product, and business teams
• Ability to translate campaign and product objectives into clear plans with defined scope and dependency management
