This position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

The Flight School Next (FSN) Program Manager will be responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and technical performance of the FSN program at Fort Rucker, AL. Serving as the primary interface between V2X and the client, this role ensures successful execution of all contractual obligations. The Program Manager will lead strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management to achieve program objectives while maintaining compliance and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Define long-term program goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
  • Establish and enforce program procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular program status updates and executive-level briefings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience managing complex aviation or training programs.
  • Strong background in cost, schedule, and technical performance management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with military or government aviation training programs.
  • Familiarity with Flight School Next (FSN) or similar pilot training initiatives.
