Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of our tech stack and demonstrate thought leadership to drive the success of our programs. This role requires an individual who is not only proficient in program management but also has hands-on experience in implementing and managing technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with a deep understanding of our technical stack
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies
  • Identify technical risks and obstacles early, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead technical discussions and decisions with engineering teams
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, product, and engineering
  • Establish and track meaningful program metrics and KPIs
  • Balance technical requirements with business objectives
  • Mentor team members on best practices in software development and project management
  • Drive continuous process improvement across the program

Required Technical Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience or familiar with our core technology stack: Azure, .NET, React, Python, Angular, and Git
  • Demonstrated ability to understand architectural decisions and their implications
  • Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong background in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure as code

Qualifications
