Technical Program Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Role Summary
The Technical Program Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI and platform programs under a fixed-bid engagement model. The role is responsible for integrated planning, milestone management, dependency coordination, release governance, financial tracking, acceptance management, program closeout, and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the integrated program plan, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path.
Establish program governance, RACI, RAID management, escalation paths, and reporting cadence.
Coordinate product, engineering, architecture, security, risk, infrastructure, and business teams.
Manage fixed-bid scope, financial performance, resource utilization, forecasts, and change requests.
Track release gates, quality criteria, readiness evidence, business acceptance, and contractual deliverables.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status and decision reports.
Manage suppliers and cross-functional delivery partners.
Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, program closeout, knowledge transfer, and operational transition.

Required Skills
Complex technical program and portfolio delivery.
