Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead and oversee enterprise-level IAM initiatives, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cybersecurity, IAM governance, and technical program management, driving end-to-end delivery while aligning with compliance and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Governance
  • Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in line with cybersecurity and compliance goals.
  • Establish program governance, stakeholder communication plans, and reporting cadence.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges proactively.
Technical Leadership (SailPoint IAM Platforms)
  • Oversee full lifecycle SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow projects, including integration and customization.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects to define role-based access models, certification workflows, and access governance processes.
  • Ensure successful integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and other enterprise directories.
  • Provide functional and technical oversight ensuring adherence to security and architecture standards.
Stakeholder Management
