Job Summary:
Zealogics Inc is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with product and engineering teams in the development and execution of the portfolio roadmap. The role involves planning and coordinating programs, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with management standards while facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support development and execution of portfolio roadmap.
• Plan, coordinate, and support day to day execution of assigned programs and initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate large program planning activities to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives.
• Track, monitor, and report program progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure program execution aligns with enterprise and sector program management standards.
• Work with product and stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate status and recommendations.
• Facilitate regular reviews with leadership to assess program progress and validate outcomes.
• Support engineering rigor by ensuring delivery aligns with agreed acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
• Identify and resolve impediments, escalating as appropriate through established governance channels.
• Apply facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive cross program and cross team coordination.
• Maintain visibility into interdependencies and manage escalations to support delivery of business value.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support change initiatives across programs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in Program Management, Process Management, or Software Delivery.
• Experience delivering complex technical programs within cloud or software engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Experience working in organizations that use agile methodologies for software delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate delivery across matrixed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and managing priorities in complex delivery environments.
• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Technical Domain Knowledge (Hands On Coding Not Required)
• The role requires sufficient technical depth to facilitate architecture and system discussions, reviews, and go live activities, including experience in one or more of the following: Major public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Vulnerability management and remediation, Application security, Automation and CI/CD tools and practices, Public cloud security practices and services.
Preferred:
• One or more relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach) preferred.
