Required Skills & Experience

Strong familiarity with PKI, cryptography concepts, certificate lifecycle management, and HSM concepts.

Prior cybersecurity experience, ideally around 5+ years.

Technical project management experience.

Experience with Jira and Confluence is required.

Strong documentation, organization, and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience coordinating change control activities, change tickets, freeze windows, and cross-team implementation planning.

Ability to support vendor POCs and collect technical/business requirements from vendors.

Ability to create or maintain technical diagrams, architecture diagrams, process flows, or related documentation.

Ability to operate in a cybersecurity environment while managing PM-related responsibilities.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Support enterprise PKI program activities and related cybersecurity initiatives.

Support vendor POCs for certificate lifecycle management, cryptographic asset management, and post-quantum cryptography preparedness.

Coordinate and manage change control activities, including change tickets, freeze windows, approvals, and cross-team coordination.

Maintain project documentation, status updates, action items, and deliverables in Jira and Confluence.

Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, process flows, and technical documentation using Visio or similar tools.

Collect required information from vendors for POCs, implementations, and project planning.

Attend and coordinate meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track follow-up items.

Update stakeholders on project status, risks, dependencies, timelines, and outstanding actions.

Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to keep projects moving forward.
