Job description

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the discovery, strategy, and development of AI-driven digital products and services. This role will own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that solve customer problems and drive business growth.

This is a direct-hire position working onsite (75 days/year remote) in Carrollton, TX. 

COMP: Mid-level: Up to $172K OTE / Senior-level: Up to $205K OTE

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and business impact for AI, data, and technology solutions.
  • Identify, validate, and prioritize new product opportunities aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Translate business problems into technical product requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions.
  • Use data, analytics, experimentation, and customer research to drive product decisions and optimization.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, manage the product backlog, and support sprint planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership on long-term product strategy and roadmap.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience leading digital, B2C, and/or SaaS products.
  • Experience with product discovery, customer research, and early-stage product development.
  • Experience delivering products that leverage AI, machine learning, data, or analytics.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, structured and unstructured data, and evaluating custom vs. off-the-shelf AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess product-market fit, ROI, and business impact.
