Position Overview
The Virtual CIO plays a critical role in delivering exceptional services and strategic business value to our clients. This unique opportunity presents an ability to work directly with our clients' c-level executives, develop technology roadmaps, and align technology solutions to business goals and objectives.
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST

Position Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted technology advisor for our clients
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key client stakeholders
  • Understand and learn the client's business to provide valuable insights around operational process improvements
  • Review audit findings and gaps to determine strategy and plan for remediation
  • Develop the strategic technology roadmap to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting a comprehensive IT Budget for each assigned client account.
  • Set and manage client expectations around service delivery
  • Stay abreast of market and industry landscape in terms of risks, compliance, offerings, products, and other third-party solutions that could meet client's needs.
  • Perform IT Risk planning and management strategies within client environments to help reduce overall risk and increase ROI of the present technologies

Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to work and be available during our regular business hours in the Eastern Standard Time zone
  • Availability to work after hours and weekends as needed
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on technical IT experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technology advisory role, preferably in an MSP
  • Ability to manage C-level and senior level relationships within small to medium organizations.
  • Experience preparing and delivering IT budgets to senior executives
  • Passionate about staying current with technology and has extensive knowledge of the following technologies or strategies: Microsoft 365, Cloud (Azure, AWS), Security, Windows Server, Active Directory
  • Sound decision making, critical thinking and problem skills.
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, strategy, and teamwork.
