Essential Functions:

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and workforce planning objectives.
  • Source, recruit, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews throughout the recruitment process.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, including interview preparation, offer discussions, onboarding, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, colleges, trade schools, industry organizations, and professional networks.
  • Stay current on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and industry developments.
  • Represent AAA USA at career fairs, recruiting events, networking functions, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Meet recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and service-level expectations while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, marine, or industrial positions preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar recruiting role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard recruiting technologies.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
