Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Officer Advisor to support the customer in a senior advisory capacity. The ideal candidate is a certified DO case officer with deep operational expertise, extensive overseas experience, and a proven track record leading complex operations and multi-stakeholder initiatives.

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong operational and technical acumen, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance on mission-critical activities.


  • Advise and support the Client on operational planning, execution, and management activities
  • Provide expertise in client-specific tradecraft, operational methodologies, and best practices
  • Lead and support complex operational initiatives across multiple stakeholders and mission areas
  • Contribute to modern mitigation efforts and evolving operational priorities
  • Prepare and review operational reporting and written products, including cables and analytical assessments
  • Support domestic and overseas mission requirements, including occasional TDY travel

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
  • Certified Client DO case officer
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience conducting and leading client-specific operations
  • Multiple foreign field tours with demonstrated operational leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge of client-specific tradecraft and operational principles
  • Strong operational and technical background managing complex mission activities
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional or multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills, including cable writing
  • Ability to travel occasionally in support of mission requirements

USD $170,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
