Job Summary:
Nightwing provides technically advanced full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services. They are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Officer to deliver high-quality training seminars and support a collaborative learning environment for professional technical staff.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Deliver high-quality, engaging, and applications-oriented training seminars to professional technical staff
โ€ข Developing program processes and procedures as well as training curriculums
โ€ข Adapt instructional methods and training aids to suit the audience and learning environment
โ€ข Provide valuable feedback for curriculum updates and adhere to procedural guidelines for program delivery
โ€ข Maintain a high level of experience in the field of technical and operational skills set
โ€ข Organize and maintain all artifacts and records related to the program
โ€ข Overseeing a specific course, including developing curriculum, training other instructors, assessing student progress, and ensuring the requirements of subject matter is met
โ€ข Support the planning of the training sessions and improving the skills of those who will instruct in training, fostering a positive learning environment
โ€ข Emphasize achieving a high level of skill and knowledge in a subject and enabling the individual to teach it to others
โ€ข Managing the overall teaching process, providing guidance and resource to other future instructors, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph updated within the last five years
โ€ข Over 10 yearsโ€™ experience working with the customer in a classified environment
โ€ข Managing equipment, data security, physical security, educator certified skills, and supporting technical operations
โ€ข Experience in Training of Trainers (ToT)
โ€ข Over 2 yearsโ€™ experience facilitating training and assessment courses
โ€ข IT experience maintaining Windows and Linux workstations, networking, and communications
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal skills and written communications skills
โ€ข Willingness to spend extended amount of time outside of the WMA in and out several training facilities
Preferred:
โ€ข Over 3 yearsโ€™ experience with the customer certified programs
โ€ข Advance Degree in Engineering or Education or equivalent
