The Sales Manager for Product Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth within Korber's warehouse automation portfolio, with a focus on layer picking solutions for F&B distribution, retail, and cold chain customers. This role combines technical solution selling, customer engagement, and pipeline development, targeting large, mid-market, and emerging enterprise opportunities.

Your role in our team
  • You will build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets through strategic prospecting, industry engagement, and development of long-term customer relationships
  • You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, including customer discovery, needs assessment, solution development, proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing
  • You will assess customer operations, volume profiles, and automation readiness to identify opportunities and develop solutions that address customer needs and business objectives
  • You will position layer picking and related product solutions within the broader warehouse and fulfillment ecosystem, clearly articulating ROI, productivity gains, labor reduction, scalability, and other customer value drivers
  • You will collaborate with domestic and international Solution Design, Engineering, Project Delivery, Product Management, Marketing, and Industry teams to develop tailored, value-based solutions and proposals
  • You will support proposal development, costing, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, project scope, risk, and delivery capabilities
  • You will maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, sales forecasts, and reporting to support revenue planning and business performance
  • You will monitor industry trends, automation and robotics technologies, competitor solutions, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy
  • You will provide customer and market insights to Product Management and leadership teams to support product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and continued business growth
  • You will travel throughout the North American market, requiring approximately 50% travel to customers, partners, and industry events
Your profile
  • You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • You have gained 2-5 years of experience in selling or designing: Warehouse automation, Material handling systems, Robotics/intralogistics, Industrial or technical B2B solutions
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage operations and executive stakeholders
  • You have a strong understanding of warehouse automation, robotics, palletizing, or logistics systems
  • You have strategic sales development and commercial mindset, with the ability to develop new markets, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth
  • You have solution-based and consultative selling, with the ability to diagnose customer needs and position value-based solutions
  • You have strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and effectively engage technical specialists, business decision-makers, and clients
  • You understand automation systems and operational workflows, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer and business value
  • You can work with cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, leadership, and international teams
  • You are self-driven and entrepreneurial approach, with a strong focus on results, growth, and achieving sales objectives
  • You have a customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to developing long-term customer partnerships

This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work schedule for individuals located within Atlanta, Georgia, Irving, Texas, or our Charlotte, NC offices. Employees in these locations are expected to work three days per week in the office. Individuals located outside of these areas will work remotely.
