Join the global leader in responsible marketing activation services
At HH Global, we help the world's most recognized brands turn their growth ideas into measurable impact through responsible marketing activation. We are a global marketing activation partner that connects brands to their customers and delivers sustainable marketing activation at scale. With over 4,000 colleagues across more than 55 countries, you'll join a diverse, high-performing community, empowered to deliver sustainable, innovative solutions for our clients.
Purpose of the Job
Our client offers a suite of devices and tools that are used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. Their marketing department relies on its internal Digital Asset Management tool to centralize, organize, and distribute high-value creative assets globally. To ensure seamless asset distribution and compliance, we require an experienced program manager to optimize current processes, lead cross-functional training, and ensure strict adherence to licensing and rights management across all our client's retail marketing campaigns. This role will also manage the uploading and downloading of assets for stakeholders, acting as the primary DAM point of contact. This role is based remotely in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Program Management: Manage the entire DAM process, overseeing the upload and download of assets by client marketers, producers, and external agency partners.
  • Process Discovery & Optimization: Lead discovery initiatives to identify current operational processes, uncover gaps, and implement strategic optimizations to maximize tool efficiency and user adoption within the DAM ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central hub connecting legal, business affairs, production, marketing and external vendors, proactively solving access and rights management issues in the US and internationally, to ensure alignment on asset governance.
  • External Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and external retailers to facilitate smooth asset delivery and compliance.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and provide comprehensive training programs internally on the DAM tool and rights management best practices, extending these training sessions to external agency partners.
  • Rights & Licensing Enforcement: Ensure all assets uploaded and distributed through the DAM adhere to strict licensing and rights management policies.
  • Clarity over Complexity: Streamline the DAM experience by creating clear, predictable workflows for asset ingestion and distribution, ensuring stakeholders always know how to find what they need.
  • Continuous Improvement: Don't just maintain the status quo. Proactively seek out inefficiencies, gather user feedback, and iterate on processes to build a stronger DAM foundation.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Significantly reduce bottlenecks related to asset uploads, downloads, and rights clearances.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure positive experiences from cross-functional teams and external agencies regarding the ease of use and training provided for the DAM process.
  • Compliance & Governance: Adhere to licensing and rights management guidelines across all distributed assets, with total success and zero compliance breaches.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience
  • Experience: At least 6 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling enterprise Digital Asset Management platforms
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong experience with major digital asset management platforms (e.g., Orange Logic, Adobe Experience Manager, Canto)
  • Rights Management: Deep, foundational understanding of asset licensing, digital rights management (DRM), and usage rights compliance is required
  • Google Workspace: High fluency in Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar for stakeholder reporting and tracking
  • Change Management: Proven ability to drive tool adoption, deliver training, and guide diverse teams through operational shifts
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly alongside multiple stakeholders, including our client's internal creative teams, production houses, and other roster agencies without friction.
  • Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail
  • Effectively navigate and operate in a deadline driven, rapidly changing work environment
  • Ability to flexibly thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments and proactively seek out answers, solutions, and information
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic space, with the capability to maintain a sense of zen and positivity when directives are shifting, as well as share that calm with all around you
  • A true team player whose first priority is the client's satisfaction
  • Contains a love of efficiency, the desire to produce a high-quality deliverable, and an ability to execute against multiple projects in a technical work environment with often uncertain circumstances
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout a highly matrixed organization
