Job description

  Production & Program Management: Ensure assembly lines meet customer delivery schedules, support new product launches (APQP), and maintain inventory control.

  Quality Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to automotive standards including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

  Safety & EHS: Cultivate a workplace safety culture, chair EHS steering committees, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

  Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and boost plant profitability.

  Leadership: Manage direct reports (department managers, supervisors) and oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for the workforce.

Requirements

  Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.

  Experience: +20 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 15 years in a dedicated Automotive Plant Manager or Operations Manager role.

  Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g.,SAP) and a working knowledge of advanced automation/digital integration. Review, analyze, and distribute the result of previous year annual production plan and achievement report. Establish next year annual production plan
