Client Operations Intern – Fall 2026

Internship Dates: September 8, 2026 – December 11, 2026
Schedule: 20 - 30 hours per week
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

About the Internship

NLP Logix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Operations Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester.

This internship is a strong opportunity for a student who is interested in technology, client support, data analysis, and problem-solving. You will gain hands-on experience supporting real-world artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, and technology solutions while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, task-oriented, curious, and comfortable investigating problems. You do not need to know every system on day one, but you should be eager to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of assigned work.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with troubleshooting client-reported support issues.
  • Help monitor and maintain the long-term health of client technology solutions.
  • Refresh Tableau dashboards and review solution data for accuracy and performance.
  • Review model health, solution security, and other operational indicators.
  • Run and analyze Azure Kusto Query Language, or KQL, queries to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Assist with compiling metrics, trends, and performance information for monthly client Service Review meetings.
  • Maintain clear and timely updates within the NLP Logix support ticketing system.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common support issues.
  • Collaborate with Client Operations team members and other internal stakeholders.
  • Learn and use technology platforms such as Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Zendesk, Confluence, Tableau, and Azure.

  • Ability to follow direction and work independently once a task is understood.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • A positive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and systems quickly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and open-door environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to work up to 30 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester.
