Junior Salesforce Administrator

Acrisure Mortgage LLC

Orlando, FL • On-site

Full-time

Posted 8 days ago

Job description

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to help support, maintain, and continuously improve our Salesforce environment.

This is an early-career position for someone who already has a foundational understanding of Salesforce and wants to develop deeper expertise working within a production enterprise environment.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will work with business users, technology teams, project managers, developers, and other Salesforce resources to configure the platform, support users, maintain data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

This is not intended to be a senior Salesforce engineering position. We are looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of Salesforce administration, demonstrates strong technical aptitude, and is eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, permission sets, queues, public groups, and other access controls.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and other Salesforce configuration.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and other declarative automations.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and determine whether problems are related to configuration, permissions, data, integrations, or application functionality.
  • Support data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and data-quality initiatives.
  • Assist with testing Salesforce enhancements and new functionality before production deployment.
  • Document configuration changes, workflows, processes, and support procedures.
  • Work with business teams to understand requests and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.
  • Assist with sandbox management, release testing, and deployment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automation, reporting, and overall platform effectiveness.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and recommended best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce administration concepts.
  • Understanding of fundamental Salesforce concepts including objects, records, fields, relationships, users, profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing a career within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or actively working toward certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Data Loader or other Salesforce data-management tools.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing concepts.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, or web services.
  • Familiarity with SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce through an internship, academic program, Trailhead, personal project, or professional environment.
  • Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

Candidates are not expected to have mastered every area of Salesforce. We value candidates who have built a strong foundation through Trailhead, Salesforce certifications, coursework, internships, or hands-on projects and are ready to apply those skills within a real-world environment.

What Success Looks Like

Early in the role, the Junior Salesforce Administrator will become comfortable supporting users, resolving access and configuration issues, creating reports, performing routine administrative tasks, and understanding our Salesforce environment.

As experience grows, the administrator will independently manage configuration changes, build Salesforce Flows, participate in larger platform initiatives, and recommend improvements to business processes and the Salesforce user experience.

Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you enjoy understanding how a business operates and then figuring out how technology can make those processes simpler.

You are naturally curious, organized, comfortable troubleshooting problems, and willing to research an issue when you don't immediately know the answer. You enjoy working directly with users while also developing deeper technical expertise.

This role provides an opportunity to develop broad Salesforce expertise while working with business processes, CRM strategy, automation, integrations, analytics, and enterprise technology.

Acrisure Mortgage is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace. Applicants must complete all interviews without the use of AI or automated tools.
