With a focus on respect, integrity, and compassion, we implement person-driven programming that fosters independence, community engagement, and enhanced well-being for all the individuals we serve.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our outpatient office. The remote setup is designed to provide clinicians the autonomy to conduct assessments and therapy sessions without the distractions commonly associated with a traditional office environment. Our remote infrastructure includes state-of-the-art telehealth systems, ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. This includes preparing crisis intervention plans and risk assessments to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Ensure a high standard of documentation by accurately completing all required records and reports on time, complying with relevant regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and adhere to best practices in mental health counseling as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
  • Implement and participate actively in creating positive behavior support plans, working closely with various teams to promote the best outcomes for clients.
  • Engage proactively in all licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of service and care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including emotional distress, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues. You will work with adults and adolescents who are seeking pathways to recovery and improved emotional health. Your role will directly impact their quality of life and empower them to make positive changes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be license-eligible in the state of Florida.
  • A valid driver’s license in good standing is necessary for any community-based visits.
  • Exceptional communication skills are critical for building trust with clients, alongside a strong ability to listen and empathize while providing guidance.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail will enhance your effectiveness in managing client records.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in developing treatment plans and familiarity with current mental health regulations and standards.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an enticing sign-on bonus for new hires. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits designed to support your professional growth and well-being, including:

  • Monthly productivity bonuses to reward your contribution and performance.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and techniques in mental health counseling.
  • Supervision provided, along with continuous support for your growth in the field.
  • Flexible scheduling options to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and sick leave for personal wellness.
