Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

This is an intern position with potential for full-time employment.

Some of the tasks you'll undertake in the role:

  • Providing excellent customer service to the internal teams we support
  • Managing shared team assignments, as well as owning individual assignments
  • Opportunity to support multiple teams within the domains business
  • Use critical thinking skills to research options and find solutions
  • Research and analysis of domain name industry related information
  • Partner with internal teams to execute on critical strategic domains projects
  • Collaborate and contribute to process improvement projects in the domain sphere to increase team efficiency
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Collaborate with your team daily through meetings and huddles to review and discuss relevant updates
  • Manage daily workload to ensure protection and security of global internet brands
