Role Overview
Gunnebo Entrance Control is looking for an experienced Technical Service manager to lead our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer service needs are executed smoothly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Lead and mentor the installation and service teams, ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that all Service requests are provided in a timely fashion.
Coordinate domestic and international shipping for products produced at our plant along with part orders.
Create spare part quotes for customers.
Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance visits along with reactive services.
Manage filed technician schedule.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams include sales, engineering, and customer support to streamline processes.
Conduct regular training sessions for the team on new technologies and installation practices.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers during and after service needs and installation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in installation management, preferably in the security or technology sector.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Sound knowledge of entrance control systems and related technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and client meetings.
