FULL-TIME-HYBRID 2 to 4 days per month in office

About Us

The Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island (CTC-RI) is Rhode Island's statewide primary care transformation organization. We bring together healthcare providers, health plans, state agencies, employers, academic institutions, and community organizations to strengthen primary care, improve healthcare access, advance integrated behavioral health, support workforce development, and drive healthcare transformation across the state.

Position Summary

CTC-RI is seeking a Program Manager to support implementation of Rhode Island's Rural Health Transformation Program.

This role leads project planning, provider engagement, stakeholder coordination, reporting activities, and implementation support for initiatives designed to improve healthcare access, strengthen primary care, and advance healthcare transformation in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of assigned program initiatives
  • Develop project plans and implementation timelines
  • Coordinate provider participation and stakeholder engagement
  • Facilitate meetings, workgroups, and collaborative activities
  • Monitor program performance and reporting requirements
  • Support technical assistance and quality improvement efforts
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and external partners

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of healthcare project or program management experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Public health, healthcare transformation, or quality improvement experience
  • Experience working with healthcare providers or healthcare systems
