The Technical Program Manager will be part of the U.S. Consumer Services Technology (USCS Tech) team, a strategic organization delivering cutting-edge digital capabilities across customer experience, AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, and automation. This role focuses on driving high-impact strategic initiatives across platforms, accelerating execution, and enabling scalable product delivery.
Drive and own USCS Tech strategic initiatives, acting as a "go-getter" to accelerate program execution
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across technology, business, and leadership to improve collaboration and outcomes
Lead technical discussions and project planning to ensure cross-team alignment
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate opportunities and shape strategic direction
Facilitate governance forums, program communications, and training strategies
Identify, manage, and resolve risks/issues at program and project levels
Influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource allocation
Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
Contribute to and maintain marketing technology strategy documentation
