The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving risk mitigation, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning and execution for medium to large IT Infrastructure initiatives through all phases of project in order to achieve goals.
• Lead the project / program level cross - functional stakeholder teams to drive the risk / issue mitigation and effective decision making via collaboration , proactive planning , conflict resolution and dependency management.
• Proactively manages changes to project scope , timeline and budget and drives resolution to bring business and IT stakeholder together to make decisions.
• Drives the IT Infrastructure portfolio and priorities , to include alignment between cross - functional teams , technology health check , licensing maintenance , budgeting and forecasting , portfolio metrics , change management and partnership with shared services to achieve the business objectives and goals.
• Handled decommission and migration of different technologies to different network (with a datacentre background)
• Develop full scale project plans with timelines
• Own & Manage Multiple Projects - End to end project management till handover to operations team
• Communicate & Coordinate with Internal Teams, Technology partners & Vendors
• Periodic Reports- Project updates - Meetings
• Coordinate with Vendors & Partners to execute POC
• Track the Project Plans till project closure
• To use best practice risk management, assessing risks in an informed and considered manner and to plan for the mitigation of these risks.
• Self - driven , good attitude , communication very strong , flexible
