2. Pre‐Close Assessment & Readiness

  • Support pre‐close assessments to identify operational, HR, financial, and systems risks.
  • Build readiness checklists, communication plans, and onboarding workflows.
  • Ensure all pre‐close requirements are completed prior to Day 1.

3. Post‐Close Coordination & Issue Resolution

  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution with urgency.
  • Support system migrations, policy harmonization, and operational alignment.
  • Ensure acquired leadership teams receive timely communication and support.

  • Maintain integration documentation, templates, and playbooks.
  • Capture lessons learned and update integration frameworks accordingly.
  • Support training and enablement for internal teams involved in integration.
  • Ensure governance standards are followed across all integrations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years project management experience in operations, HR, finance, or integration environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross‐functional coordination skills.
  • Experience in M&A, PMI, or multi‐site operations preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.

Success Measures (First 12 Months)

  • 100% on‐time delivery of integration milestones.
