Job Title: Implementation Consultant
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Type: 5 days Onsite 
 

Note :- We need a Developer/Infra Admin/QA lead who have transitioned into Project manager for this role . The guy we are hiring needs to understand technology stack, understand whom to engage for a particular hardware/software issue. 

We do not want BA or Pure project manager( generalist) 

We need someone who has  worked in complex data center migration projects , technology upgrade projects...

 
 
 
About the Role
 
  • 10-12 years of experience in program delivery, preferably in BFSI or fintech.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the payments industry, including merchant onboarding, payment gateway integrations, and digital banking platforms, knowledge of acquiring and issuing business.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management.
  • Deep understanding of implementation lifecycle, configuration-driven delivery, and offshore coordination. • Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  •   Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  •  Experience with global payment aggregator platforms (e.g. FIS, Fiserv…etc).
