Job Description Our client, an independent Broker-Dealer, is seeking a driven and experienced Advisor Platform Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support and guidance across its advisor technology ecosystem. This role is instrumental in ensuring Financial Advisors and their teams maximize platform efficiency through hands-on support, training, and strategic consultation. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings a strong customer-first mindset to both routine support and high-priority situations.
