Position Description:
Our IT team is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT projects and aid in keeping projects on track. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Typical responsibilities include:
  • Lead delivery of complex IT projects (cloud, infrastructure, security, enterprise systems
  • Keep projects on track - scope, schedule, budget, and execution
  • Work side-by-side with engineers and leadership to solve problems and move work forward
  • Act as the connector between IT and the business with clear communication
  • Identify risks early and manage change before things go sideways
  • Help define and improve how projects are delivered
  • Maintain a safe working environment

Education:
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in Program or Project Management preferred

Skills/Experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in delivering technically complex IT projects is required
  • Ability to run multiple high-impact projects at once is required
  • Strong technical understanding of IT systems is required
  • Comfortability with driving accountability and making decisions is required
  • Being a clear communicator with both technical teams and leadership is required
  • Experience in the AEC industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools similar to Wrike is preferred
  • Exposure to engineering environments (ProjectWise, CAD, etc.) is preferred
