Job description

The Opportunity:
This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a high performing Payments team that's making public sector easier, smarter, and more transparent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, configuration, and implementation of payment solutions for our customers. You will collaborate closely with implementation managers, and other cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, engineering, customer success, and technical support, to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
This role combines technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
What You'll Do:
Technical Discovery
  • Work with net new clients to understand and document the technical specifications necessary to build solutions using Euna Payment's products and platforms.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks pertaining to integrations, timelines or product functionality during the implementation to the Implementation Manager.
  • Translate business problems into actionable user stories for development teams.

Implementation & Configuration
  • Gather client requirements, synthesize them into functional configurations, and implement solutions across multiple products.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions that meet initial requirements and core product functionality.
  • Successful implementation of new product features with minimal bugs and/or user feedback, ensuring testing is limited to two scheduled rounds of testing.

Technical Subject Matter Expert
  • Act as a subject matter expert during implementation, eliminating technical objections and building rapport with client engineering teams.
  • Provide guidance on integrations, product functionality, and risk escalation during projects.
  • Lead technical status calls with clients and report back status, risks and next steps to project team.

Innovation & Collaboration
  • Work with peers to establish best practices and execute technical improvements.
  • Deliver proofs of concept and pilots to demonstrate platform value.
  • Prepare for project retros to share learnings and successful course corrections.

Quality & Customer Success
  • Ensure successful implementation of new product features with minimal bugs and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain deadlines and quality standards across multiple active projects.
  • Satisfactory scores on customer satisfaction surveys that are sent mid and post implementation.
  • Track accurate time on tasks for Billing Utilization Rate reporting.

Who You Are:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting roles, with demonstrable success working in customer-facing role.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL; familiarity with Git workflows and distributed systems.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects and communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to design, optimize, or implement technical solutions.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and client interactions.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams on new feature development and implementation.
  • Understanding financial models and principles is a plus.
