Deuxième mandat :

???? Lieu de travail : Villes Nordiques (Schefferville et la Basse-Côte-Nord), Québec
???? Durée du mandat : Dès maintenant jusqu’au 19 Décembre 2025

À propos du mandat :

Services SFT est à la recherche d’un(e) Travailleur(se) social(e) pour occuper un poste temporaire mais prolongé au sein du réseau de la santé sur la magnifique Côte-Nord. Vous aurez l’occasion de travailler auprès d’une clientèle variée dans un cadre interdisciplinaire stimulant.

Responsabilités principales :
  • Évaluer la situation psychosociale des usagers et de leur famille.
  • Intervenir auprès de clientèles en difficulté (santé mentale, dépendance, jeunesse, personnes âgées, etc.).
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’intervention individualisés.
  • Collaborer avec les professionnels du réseau et les partenaires communautaires.
  • Assurer un accompagnement et un soutien aux usagers dans leur parcours de soins.
Exigences :
  • Baccalauréat en travail social ou en service social.
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).
  • Expérience récente et pertinente dans le Secteur
  • Commissions avec résidents, se rendre à la voute.
  • Expérience récente et pertinente en DPJ A-M et E-O
  • Être Bilingue : maitrise du Français et de l'Anglais (pour le deuxième mandat des Villes nordiques)
  • La personne aura à se déplacer sur le territoire, principalement pour le secteur de Schefferville et la Basse-Côte-Nord
  • Excellente capacité d’écoute, d’adaptation et de travail en équipe.
  • Disponibilité à travailler à temps complet pour toute la durée du mandat.
