Job Title: Senior Engagement Manager - Banking

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite

Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to support our banking clients. In this role, you will serve as a key onsite delivery and client engagement leader, responsible for executive communication, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and overall program alignment. You will leverage strong Banking domain expertise, particularly across Lending and Payments, while driving delivery excellence, AI adoption, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in client and stakeholder management, serving as the primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing executive communication, governance cadences, and client expectations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Banking domain, particularly Lending including loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
  • Strong understanding of Payments, including payment rails, processing, and settlement.
  • Ability to understand ongoing application programs and align the appropriate technical practices, resources, and domain expertise.
  • Experience coordinating with client leadership, internal teams, and delivery teams to align priorities and remove blockers.
  • Proven ability to act as the delivery anchor and drive successful program execution.
  • Experience identifying and managing delivery risks, client escalations, and business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to assess knowledge gaps and drive structured upskilling and learning.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience driving AI adoption across application development and delivery programs.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled development use cases such as AI-assisted code generation and Playwright framework implementation.
  • Experience driving process improvements, innovation, and value-added initiatives for clients.
  • Ability to position the delivery team as an innovation and strategic technology partner.
  • Experience working with banking product and technology leadership teams.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
