Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Colorado Springs, CO Job Type: Contract (W-2) Duration: 2/23/2026 - 8/28/2026 Deadline: Feb 6 2026 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30 hours/week) Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the compilation, review, and production of complex technical documentation. This role requires strong document management, technical writing coordination, and publication skills to produce a comprehensive, professionally formatted final deliverable. Key Responsibilities Compile documents from multiple internal and external sources into a single, cohesive, professionally formatted final "book" Perform technical content reviews to ensure logical flow, consistency, and cohesiveness Organize and structure content with clear logical breaks and numbering systems Create and manage: o Table of Contents o Appendices o Reference hyperlinks o Internal PDF hyperlinks Proofread and format technical documents for accuracy and consistency Prepare final printed deliverables, including: o Up to 6+ binders (8.5" x 11") o Approximately 1,000 pages per project o Mixed formats including PDFs, Word documents, and oversized maps/technical drawings Coordinate printing, folding, and insertion of oversized maps and technical drawings Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word Strong understanding of publication and document source review procedures Proven ability to organize, proofread, and reproduce technical documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, evaluative, and attention-to-detail skills Experience with office equipment such as copiers and printers Preferred Qualifications Background or familiarity with scientific, engineering, or environmental documentation Knowledge of water-related or infrastructure projects is highly desirable Experience assembling large-scale technical reports or regulatory documentation Additional Information No travel required No PPE required Position is approved and ready to start Candidates must be able to meet tight deadlines and manage large volumes of documentation Sunshine Enterprise USA is an "Equal Opportunity Employer-Minorities, Females, Veterans and Disabled Persons"
