Summer Internship

Vehicle Maintenance Manager Support

Summary
This internship supports the Vehicle Maintenance Department by assisting with SOP development, maintenance documentation, inventory tracking, and coordination across the maintenance team and external partners. The intern will gain exposure to troubleshooting practices, maintenance workflows, and technical operations in a fleet environment.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and update SOPs and maintenance documentation
  • Track work progress, maintenance activities, and reporting metrics
  • Assist with parts, tools, and inventory tracking
  • Coordinate communication between maintenance staff and third party vendors
  • Shadow maintenance technicians during inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting
  • Compile maintenance data into organized reports for leadership review

Desired Qualifications and Must Haves
