At 1 st Choice, our Technical Directors bridge business systems requirements from the end user to functional implementation of technical solutions. They create requirements specifications (client, user, etc.), specifications of user or market needs; identification or synthesis of technology needed to meet a user or market need.

What will you do:
  • Provide strategic and operational thought leadership for new opportunities that address client needs and pain points.
  • Identify and document requirements and technical scope in partnership with sales, implementation, and operations.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams.
  • Support project management.
  • Interact with the product owners to identify the capabilities and create detailed workflows.
  • Translate the workflow orchestration to detail technical requirements for the respective product/application teams.
  • Identify internal, external application owners for the development.
  • Control solution development.
What you will need to have:
  • 9+ years of experience solutioning and delivering large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Experience in payment solutions
  • System integration experience
  • Strong client facing and communication skills.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
  • Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries.
  • Public sector experience

  • You will be required to travel up to 25% of the time.
